Employees for each company were asked to complete the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey. The survey measures 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
“This is a special honor, and one that we are particularly grateful for,” said Raminder Mann, CEO of ANM. “The Denver Business Journal confirmed what we have always emphasized – our employees are the reason for our continuing growth and success.
“We have always placed a strong emphasis on developing a corporate culture that values every individual,” said Mann. “We’ve been able to attract some of the region’s top talent to our firm in part because of our respect for each employee. Much of our staff has been with us for many years because of the sense of “family” we encourage, and this experience leads to our being able to offer superior solutions to our clients.”
