Kyle Aiuto, Engineering Manager, Service Desk
Kyle, Service Desk Manager at ANM, leads the Managed Services Service Desk team in delivering responsive, high-quality support that helps clients maintain secure and reliable IT operations. His technical expertise, operational mindset, and commitment to team development have helped strengthen service delivery and create growth opportunities for his team.

Paul Cooke, VP of Sales Operations
Paul leads ANM’s Sales Operations organization, optimizing go-to-market strategy, partner engagement, and process automation. His focus on data-driven decision-making and channel alignment enables ANM’s sales teams to accelerate growth while maintaining operational excellence.

Phyllip Huett, Engineering Manager, Collaboration, DevOps
Phyllip, Manager of DevOps & Infrastructure Operations at ANM, leads the team responsible for delivering innovative technology solutions and operational excellence across collaboration, infrastructure, and DevOps services. Since joining ANM in 2019, he has advanced through a series of technical and leadership roles, including Senior Consulting Engineer, Automation Engineer, Collaboration Team Lead, Collaboration Team Manager, Team Manager, and Engineering Manager.
Phyllip says, “Organizations today expect more from their solution providers than products and licenses. Katie O'Keefe, Director of Project Management
Katie is Director of Project Management at ANM, where she leads teams responsible for delivering complex technology projects that drive client success and business outcomes. A PMP, ITIL, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), she brings extensive experience in project management and excels at building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and guiding organizations through technology adoption and change.

Heidi Van Anderson, VP of Special Systems
Heidi Van Anderson leads ANM’s Special Systems division, which integrates advanced technologies across physical security, AV, and IoT environments. Her leadership bridges the gap between IT and OT, helping clients modernize their infrastructure with scalable, intelligent systems that enhance safety, connectivity, and automation.
