CRN’s 2023 Women of the Channel Honors
Rebecca Bleicher, Lee Ann Harmes, and Heidi Van Anderson of ANM
ANM announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Rebecca Bleicher, Director of Collaboration Practice; Lee Ann Harmes, Director of Customer Renewals; and Heidi Van Anderson, Director of Client Success to the Women of the Channel list for 2023. Every year, CRN recognizes women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose expertise and vision are leaving a noticeable and commendable mark on the technology industry.
The CRN 2023 Women of the Channel honorees bring their creativity, strategic thinking and leadership to bear in a variety of roles and responsibilities, but all are turning their unique talents toward driving success for their partners and customers. With this recognition, CRN honors these women for their unwavering dedication and commitment to furthering channel excellence.
Rebecca Bleicher, Director of Collaboration Practice, has over 22 years of experience in engineering, sales architecture, and engineering leadership. Bleicher has a long history and expert experience with collaboration technologies, helping customers as an engineer to migrate to Voice over IP and Cloud Calling Solutions. Since that time, she’s led engineering teams that focused on collaboration deployments and now leads ANM’s collaboration innovation practice. She’s currently focused on building new partnerships, nurturing existing partnerships, next gen collaboration solutions, UCaaS, CPaaS, and ensuring both sales and engineering are positioned to help customers embrace these new technologies to be successful in the new Hybrid Workplace.
Lee Ann Harmes, Director of Customer Renewals, has been in the industry for 35 years, starting with a VAR in 1988, working in their parts department. She was quickly promoted to parts buyer and then corporate buyer for IT before various operational roles. Harmes moved to an Inside Sales role in 2000 and has been in customer facing roles since. In 2005, Lee Ann moved to a Customer Renewal position where she was able to carve out a niche for herself and become a subject matter expert on all things Cisco SMARTnet. She continued to run the Renewals team until 2020, when she moved to ANM to become the Director of Customer Renewals and is currently building a Subscription & Renewals dream team!
Heidi Van Anderson, Director of Client Success, was also named to the 2023 Women of the Channel list. Heidi has spent her career focused on ensuring successful client outcomes by developing strong teams to deliver against those requirements. Her first step into the IT industry 9 years ago was as a consulting Project Manager. From Project Management she moved into leadership in her current role as Director of Client Success at ANM. Van Anderson works with the PMO and CSM teams to drive a positive and consistent client experience through strong engagement practices.
