Mary Calderwood, Vice President of Finance at ANM, has been recognized by CRN® as a 2024 Women of the Channel Power 100 Solution Provider, recognizing her extensive expertise with over 25 years in financial operations and support within the industry. Throughout her career, Mary has focused on operational improvement to streamline processes and improve both the internal and external customer experience. With five years of dedicated service to ANM, she oversees inside sales support, financial operations, and accounting, pivotal in the company’s growth and solidifying its reputation as a trusted solution provider. Mary’s dedication to excellence and her ability to drive results make her an invaluable asset to ANM and the broader channel community. Heidi Van Anderson, recognized as a standout on the 2024 Women of the Channel List, serves as the Director of Client Success. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to enhancing client outcomes and fostering cohesive teams. With a track record of bolstering revenue, elevating client satisfaction, and establishing standardized practices for consistent, high-quality client interactions, she stands as a pillar of achievement.
Heidi spearheaded the CO Women in Technology initiative at ANM, aimed at enhancing diversity in technical roles. Collaborating with local organizations, she raised awareness of technical career pathways for women in high school and college. Moreover, her pivotal role in launching mentorship and internship programs at ANM underscores her commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth within the organization.
Rebecca Bleicher, Director of Collaboration, has over 23 years of experience in engineering, sales architecture, and engineering leadership. With a rich history and overpowering expertise in collaboration technologies, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in assisting customers as an engineer, facilitating seamless transitions to Voice over IP and Cloud Calling Solutions. Since that time, she’s led engineering teams that focused on collaboration deployments and now leads ANM’s collaboration innovation practice. She’s currently focused on building new partnerships, nurturing existing partnerships, next-gen collaboration solutions, UCaaS, CPaaS, and ensuring both sales and engineering are positioned to help customers embrace these new technologies to be successful in the new hybrid workplace.
